In some cases certain plant species cannot be shipped to some states. We've done our best to point this out in our listings. However, we reserve the right to cancel all or part of your order and refund your payment.

ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMMISSIONS (Oh my!). We endeavor to ensure all listings reflect accurate information and availability, but sometimes we fall short of our own expectations. If we cannot fulfill all or part of your order due to inadequate stock or crop failure, we will gladly refund your payment or offer a suitable alternative—your choice. Credit card refunds may take several days to process.

In most cases, the photographs on our website reflect mature plants, often in their natural settings. These are not meant to represent the plants that are offered for sale. We indicate available sizes on individual listings and describe to the best of our ability what you can expect to receive.

Our credit card processor accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card. For VISA, MasterCard and Discover, the Security Code is the 3-digit number to the right of the signature box on the back of the card; for American Express, it is the 4-digit number on the front of the card, just above the credit card number. We also accept payment via PayPal.

Most plants and supplies are shipped via UPS or US Postal Service. We will select the most cost-efficient and suitable method based on seasonal weather and other factors. Upgraded shipping options are available. Plant orders are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays and, to Midwest states, on Wednesdays as well.

You will be billed for your order at the time it is placed. Supplies will be shipped immediately. Plants will be shipped during the fall (approximately September 15 - November 1) or spring (approximately March 15 - April 15) shipping seasons, unless otherwise indicated. Packing/Shipping charges are based on the size and weight of the plants and dimensions of box.

We guarantee that your order will arrive in good condition. Because the ongoing viability of plants will depend on the expertise of the caregiver, weather, and other factors, we cannot guarantee their well-being beyond the first 48 hours. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

On rare occasions, plants may be damaged during shipment. Please do not refuse or return any shipment without notifying us first. We cannot refund plant orders because they are perishable items, but we will gladly replace them with a like or similar item. Again, contact us immediately for guidance. We may ask you to return the plants prepaid so they may be inspected. Once we receive them, we will process a replacement order.

Orders shipped to an Indiana address are assessed the state's 7% sales tax. Out of state purchasers are responsible for paying their own state's use tax. [lol]
